On Moodle.org the Unaswered Discussion block is currently displaying incorrect info for me.
In the section Your Unanswered Discussions it is showing a link to this discussion:
http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=16128
which I started in 2004, and which has several replies, but it claims by showing it in this section that a) it is unaswered and also it claims b)that it was started 18 April 2006, 05:02 AM which just happens to be the time of the last post in the discussion (which was made by someone else, not me):
