When installing on a Windows, IIS, MSSQL server - the GBPv2 reportedly produces an http 500 error because it cannot create the tables. The attached zip file is a first attempt to provide MSSQL support; however, since I do not have access to a MSSQL server I will be relying on testers (especially Tony Spedaliere who reported this problem at http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=76494#p376052). If this tests OK then I will go ahead and include it in CVS. Peace - Anthony
