Ajax marking block hard codes database ID's of modules. This broke quizzes in my system when expanding exam items to grade. Attaching patch which fixes quiz problem by pulling record ID from database rather than hard coding database ID's.

I also noticed that the other items use the same method of hard coding ID values rather than pulling them from the database. Potential for other bugs exist. Suggest revisiting this ASAP as it can render the whole thing useless.
