I have been customizing this module for several clients and I would like to merge various improvements done on their branches. These customizations include:

• ability to define invoicing address and change it per-order
• ability to define discounts
• enrol users immediately without waiting for their login
• ability to have additional payment reminder with alternate text (payment request + payment reminder)
• spreadsheet export
