When installing in Moodle with PostgreSQL database, an error occurs:

'Fatal error: Cannot redeclare label_upgrade()'

The ruling is in the name of the function of that file,
function label_upgrade ($oldversion)

when it should say
function skype_upgrade($oldversion)
