The similarity score as it exists in the tii patch doesn't have particularly great HTML hooks for theming, nor does it provide the ability to give a color coded ranking color like the Tii site provides. We wanted those features, so I have a patch that adds good HTML container tags, and a bit of code that also provides quartile ranks which can easily be color coded with a bit of CSS to make a more obvious display of information. Patch is against the latest 1.9.5 patch version. Screenshots and example CSS to follow.
