Heritage block causing unrendered pages

      The server that is hosting the Heritage LMS somehow lost its IP address, this prevented the Heritage block from authenticating/loading and all subsequent blocks from loading on that page. This occured for each page that has the Heritage block on it. Previously if the Heritage system had gone down there was no effect on Moodle, however this situation did have an effect.
