      Certain caching headers cause problems with downloads over an SSL connection in IE – http://support.microsoft.com/kb/323308

      See attached patch file against /mod/certificate/html2pdf.php (MOODLE_19_STABLE branch). This should also be ported over to the code in the other branches for the most part as well.
