      When the block is placed at the top of the page (either left or right hand side) on any theme, any browser, the contents of the block is displayed twice (i.e. two rows of the same buttons are displayed).
      The attached screenshot illustates this, and the attached HTML shows the generated markup that's causing this to be displayed.
