Currently all recordings for a meeting are displayed to users even when they are 0 bytes,
Users have no way of telling if a recording will work or not, without launching and then getting an obscure message in the Elluminate Client.

I have added the Size of the recording (which is already returned as part of the listRecordings soap call)
this enables the 0 bytes recording to be automatically hidden if the user does not have the managerecording capability.

Also this size of the recording is now displayed in the listing of recordings which give an indication of how large/long a recording will be.
