If a meeting instance has multiple recording and you edit the description, a edit form is displayed for each successive recording

      On the meeting instance view ( view.php), if a meeting has multiple recordings when you click to edit the description each subsequence recording as the same edit form displayed.

      the $descform variable is not being reset for the subsequence recordings when drawing the page.
