I was unable to get Tracker working on 1.9.5/1.9.5+, then I tried on 2.0, that worked better then the older versions, but as expected it runs into some DB problens, and some others. I had to make that work so I spended some time on debuging and made that works, at least most of it There are some other bugs I couldn´t fix (the download option of the file element for example, I had to get the 1.9.5 of file.php and add it to be able to download then, there are some issue with AJAX requests I was unable to fix, some redirections seens to be messed too...), or even test it to find out what is rly going on. But, I´ll post here the files I had to change to get it working, I hope it helps in someway!

PS: I´m pretty new to moodle at all (less then a week for now) if some change I made is not the rigth way to do it, I´m sorry about it maybe someday I could be more helpfull
PS 2: As I sad, with this file I´m attaching there are the changed files and the Moodle 1.9.5+ file.php, that was changed a bit to include things from the rigth place and show the rigth name of downloads
