I'm not sure this is working quite right.

The links block is controlled by the managelinks capability, which is only assigned by default to non-admin users. That means "normal" users cannot add links to their personal blogs. It seems to me they ought to be able to do this e.g. to put a link to any other blog they use.

I think we probably need a combination of check if its their own bloginstance OR they have the capability??
