We had installed plugins related to grade and it was working nice. After some time we made some change to the application and somehow the grade book is not working. I checked into the database and found grade_item and grade_gardes tables are not being populated because of which the grade book is not working.

I am able to get grades for the quizes in lessons, but not able to get grades for the whole lesson.

Need your help or suggestion into this.
