Daryl - In response to Jason's post (http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=93382#p538493), I have tested and reproduced this behavior. My guess is that we need to modify /admin/roles/assign.php so that it has a case for when the contextlevel is a page. I am not sure if one of your earlier patches may have had this but figured you could look into it. I also modified the patch file for 1.9 because I could not get it cleanly apply to the latest version of 1.9. Let me know if you have any questions. Peace - Anthony
