In the Subject Reports section of the PLP, a teacher can view ALL subject reports and edit their own. I think they should only be able to view and edit their own subjects - by default, a teacher should not be able to see the student's subject report if they are not the teacher. I imagine that this sort of capability would be set site wide for just a few people.
