In the Student Info section of the PLP, a teacher can view and edit the Teacher or Shared sections - I think that this section should have two separate capabilities - view and edit should be separate, so you could have it so course teachers could view this information but not edit it (I'm thinking that I would set the edit capability site wide to just a few people such as counselors.).
