In blog posts, H2 is likely to appear (depending on the theme) smaller than H3.

Note that in fact users should not be permitted to use H1 or H2 in blog posts because this makes the page structure inconsistent, and is very bad for accessibility. However until we come up with a solution for that, it would probably be better if the relative sizing looked right.
