At the moment, only courses with explicitely set enrolment plugin to "cord" are offered for ordering. The default enrolment plugin should work too.

Reproduce:

1. set the site enrolment plugin to "cord"
2. set a course prize and currency, leave enrolment to "Default (Course ordering and invoicing)"
3. create a new instance of Course ordering module for this currency

What was expected:

the course should appear in the list of offered courses

What actually happens:
